NRG Heating & Air Conditioning has been in business for 35 years in the San Fernando Valley. We are family owned and operated and we treat each one of our employees like family. We are expanding and we have an opening in our Production/Installation Department. If you have previous inventory, operations, or project management experience in an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction trade, we would love to hear from you. This position requires administrative work and is responsible for keeping track of warehouse inventory as well as assisting installation teams in the field. Qualifications• Project management experience/skills
• Basic technical/mechanical knowledge in a construction or mechanical trade
• At least 3 years of office/administrative experience
• Ability to work accurately and quickly with changing priorities
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Very comfortable with computers and using a CRM or other record keeping software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to drive small forklift

Responsibilities• This position requires administrative work and is responsible for keeping track of warehouse inventory as well as assisting installation teams in the field
• Begin shift between 6:30-7:00 AM, Monday – Friday
• Daily material and inventory tracking
• Place daily vendor orders over the phone
• Receive daily equipment deliveries
• Ensure accurate material flow from receiving, to warehouse storage location, to trucks or jobsite
• Coordinate and support teams in the field to ensure they have the equipment and materials necessary to complete their daily jobs
• Accurate inventory management
• Detailed computer data entry and client record keeping in CRM
• Daily monitoring of purchase orders, receipts, invoices, etc
• Give top-level, efficient customer service as necessary
• Inspect company equipment for cleanliness and operational status
