Very pleased and I am a picky person!

Al C came to my house and fixed my 40 year old heater. Not only that, he ensured that my air cond. worked before he left. If he did not do that, I would be making another service call in the summer to find that the thermostat that I bought did not work with my air. He was really professional and did a great job. Absolutely Amazing

NRG technicians who replaced my system were absolutely amazing. They replaced the whole thing: AC, furnace and some of the vents. The poor guys come out all dusty out of it, but left my house without a grain of dirt on the floor. They also installed an attic vent at no charge. Great guys!

Very happy with installation

Very happy with installation of my 3 zone heating system. No need to heat 2nd floor while we’re only occupying first floor and guest get to control their own temp in the “guest suite”. Installers were courteous and system is fuel efficient. Job was completed on time and clean-up was accomplished to my total satisfaction.

A great experience!

After trying the usual HVAC companies I found NRG using google. No one could get someone over to inspect my failing A/C system for a week and with a hot weekend forecast I needed someone right away. Carey came out that Thursday afternoon an immediately diagnosed the problem, my compressor was failing. No surprise there with a 21 year old system so we started talking a replacement unit and more importantly when they could install it. The following Tuesday the crew showed up with a new unit which they installed efficiently and also fixed a problem with the condensation drain pipe. I am very pleased with NRG and the great service at a great price I received.

Your man Israel has been very helpful and kind as he directs the various workers replacing not one set of equipment but two sets. My home is a duplex; one on top of the other, and on a corner. To say the least, this is a rather daunting job. He has been more than patient. Other than that, condenser repair went without a glitch. May I say in closing, that this was an Easter weekend that I’ll long remember with a smile of thanks to Israel.

I just wanted to pass on a special thank you to a couple of your employees who sold and installed a new furnace in our home. We agreed to an inspection of our furnace and a cleaning of the ducts over the phone. When they arrived, they told us that our furnace was still “OK”; however, we should get an attic fan and the furnace cleaned. After discussing the costs of this, we decided to have a new furnace installed as our current one was over 12 years old and my husband was getting concerned. Israel was our point of contact during this and showed us the costs involved in this. He did not push to sell us a new furnace, we decided on our own. We were very pleased with how he conducted his business and he was not pushy. He showed us several options and we trusted him. His inspector, Nacho, was also very professional and I’m sure not real comfortable with going up and down the attic stairs. Both gentlemen showed respect, were very congenial and professional. Javier was the installer (along with another gentlemen whose name I am sorry I cannot remember). He spent two days at our home installing the furnace and two attic fans. He did not leave until he was sure we were happy with everything. This included many trips up and down the ladder to tighten down the attic fans as they were quite noisy. We just wanted you to know that we were happy with your representatives and I am sure once it gets cold enough, we will be happy with our new furnace. Please extend our thanks to all those involved. We are trying to spread the word to our friends who might be in need of a furnace that they should at least give your company a call. Thank you for having professional technicians and installers. Working with sales people and contractors is always a stressful time — particularly when one has no prior experience with them.. And while I am certain that other firms could have done the job for less and possibly just as well — I am equally as certain that none would be as much a pleasure to do business with as these gentlemen made it out to be. As you know, both Ofer and Eli are the primary faces of NRG, and I want you to know that these young men serve you well in representing the company with integrity, graciousness and a very high level of professionalism — both of whom speak very highly of you. Equally, Ignacio and Juan are perfect gentlemen, conscientious, thorough and helpful.. I was called on the telephone by one of your representatives (david) and after hearing what he had to say i decided to get one of your technicians to come and clean the air ducts change the filter and service the air conditioner on the roof of my townhouse as arranged, mike and baron arrived exactly on time and after an inspection of the unit told me of the problems i had with a conditioner which was 30 years old! he was totally convincing and extremely knowledgeable on every single fact concerning the correct air conditioner i needed in my home he was impeccable in his manner of talking and never at any time put me or my wife under pressure to agree to the purchase of a new unit after deliberation , we decided that a new unit was absolutely necessary and important for our well being especially considering that we live in woodland hills in the valley which is so hot in summer we were advised to purchase the lennox 3 ton unit variable speed 15 seer. added was an electro silver anti- microbial electrostatic air filter whole house purification antimicrobial ultraviolet system as well and payment terms to suit my request Mike explained to us how they would install the new unit and arranged an appointment immediately to suit us baron and mike serviced the old unit to make sure that my wife and i would not be inconvenienced in any way until the new air conditioner was installed we are senior citizens and i am disabled!!!! I cannot describe how pleasant both mike and baron were and we can only congratulate your company on employing people of this caliber it is a reflection of your service to your customers excellent and top notch. On the day of installation of our new air conditioner javier and rocky arrived in time they explained what they were going to do and were efficient , courteous and thorough throughout the day they were always concerned about our welfare and these technicians are to be congratulated for their excellent working abilities this is exactly what mike had told us to expect and we love our new unit which is working beautifully and above all will give us great comfort and improved healthy and cleaner air to breathe today mike and baron arrived to clean the air ducts and to explain once again every aspect of the pro 5000 Honeywell thermostat installed so that we understood how to use our unit without encountering any problems once again congratulations on your excellent technician mike moyal and all the other technicians involved as well this is what makes a good , well- run efficient and successful company we will recommend NRG, to everyone

a new heater and air conditioning system was installed at our house by NRG Heating and Air Conditioning personnel. The three NRG employees who performed the installation were Dennis, Rocky, and Jeremy. All three did an outstanding and professional job under less than ideal conditions. The temperature was over 100 degrees that day You should be proud arid very satisfied to have these gentlemen working at your company. The system has been working perfectly every day since.

Air Conditioner/Furnace/New Vents/Insulation/annual Maintenance

Three years ago we had NRG replace our furnace and air conditioner. We had several quotes, and our decision to hire them was not only based on price, but also on honesty, integrity, and no hard sales pitch. We even asked about a more powerful system and was told that we didn’t need it. .How many companies would do that? The other companies all tried to upsell us to more powerful systems.  Service was friendly, fast, and they answered all of our questions. Again, no hard sales pitch, which was much appreciated. Their prices were very reasonable. When it came time to have our ducts replaced, we didn’t bother looking into another company. We called NRG and received, once again, a very reasonable quote, We also had them clean up the old insulation and replace it with new. The crew was friendly, answered our questions, and completely cleaned up after they were done. The before and after pictures are amazing. Our already efficient system is working better than ever. They even included a top of the line air purifier, that cleans the air as it goes into the vents.  They also do our annual maintenance on our system. We don’t see any reason to go anywhere other than NRG for any of our heating and air needs. You can call others for quotes, but NRG will come out on top every time. Thank you NRG staff for being the absolute best. I cannot give them a high enough rating.

Dear Lorraine, It was so lovely speaking with you today. Thank you so much for the unexpected upgrade for the installation it is very generous. As I mentioned, my sons entire school lost their funding due to the corona virus. It was a private school that went from pre-school through 5th grade and my son had been going there since he was 2.5 years old. When they shut the doors permanently in July, I panicked and then received a silent but clear directive to empty my guest house. I relayed the idea to a bunch of my son’s then second grade classmates parents and with polled resources and the help of one of Monarch’s newly unemployed teachers our little school was born. RiSon Village is a third grade class that includes my son and 8 of his friends taught by amazing teacher of 20 years, Missy Parmelee. This is where the unit will go and they are the benefactors of your companies generosity. On behalf of the students and parents that you again.
